Programs provided by the Transition Department are specially designed to meet the needs of students in Seminole County. Each program plays a key role in helping support SCPS students as they transition through school and beyond. SCPS students have a variety of interests and goals. Through these programs students are able to explore, prepare, and develop essential skills to help them be successful as they transition to adulthood.

Endeavor School has created a manufacturing company called American Endeavors. It is a School Based Enterprise where students learn project planning, tools of the trade, and how a business is run.
